Delivery and Blessing of SAFE Comfort Bags

We are honored once again to be invited by SAFE to their headquarters for the delivery and blessing of our comfort bags.

This invitation is a meaningful sign of trust and partnership, and we hope many of you will join us. We will depart for SAFE directly after the 10:30 AM Eucharist. Please note: There will be no coffee hour at St. George’s that day; refreshments will be provided at SAFE.

Let us come together in love and solidarity to bless these gifts and stand in support of those on the journey of healing.

CALENDAR

• August 31, 2025: Upcoming "sew-in" (bag sewing) after church in Kleberg.

• September 7, 2025: Bag stuffing in Kleberg after the service.

• September 14, 2025: Bag blessing at the new SAFE facility at 4800 Manor Road, with possible blessing of the facility and the workers' hands.
